How long is a H-E-B Interview?
Does H-E-B do group interviews?
I don’t think H-E-B will do Group Interviews during the corona virus pandemic. I feel they would focus on their hirevue (video) interviews.
I need an answer for imagine that you make a mistake while bagging a customers groceries. The customer becomes upset and wants to speak to the store manager how would you respond to the customer
Great Question!
I would first apologize to the customer and get more information on what the mistake was made when bagging the groceries. Then I would see if I could fix the situation (for example if I packed eggs and they broke; I would replace the eggs). Next, I would get the manager for the customer. Finally, I would make sure I meet up with the manager and learn from the mistakes that were made so I did not repeat them.
@ Anonymous i know this question is over a year old, but H-E-B is doing group interviews as of 11/4/2021.
