GEICO Claims Representative Interview Questions

Before we begin please note there are two types of claims representatives at GEICO.

  • Claims Service Representatives are the first point of contact with customers following an accident.
  • Liability Claims Representatives investigate more complex accidents where it’s less clear which driver was at fault.
