When you apply for a flight attendant interview, you may be requested to do a video interview. Applicants get only 2 minutes to answer each question, with 30 seconds between.

If you pass the video interview you will get invited to fly to Seattle for an in-person interview.  This will comprise of a group interview and a one-on-one interview.

  • Responsible for assisting customers with travel needs such as answering inquiries, ticketing, checking-in passengers, and boarding flights in a fast-paced environment (skill required: works well under pressure).
  • Sell tickets and ensure cabin accommodations (Experience: sales).
  • Evaluate and prepare flights by arranging seat assignments and load, coordinate special meals, and upgrades (Skill required: organization).
  • Perform boarding and gate duties, such as checking flight tickets, assisting and directing passengers, making announcements, checking aircraft, and confirming cabin security (Skill required: Attention to detail).
  • Processing and securing passenger luggage.
  • May be assigned to perform duties in varying capacities, at the direction of management to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of customer service or community service experience is required (Experience: Customer Service Experience).
